The gateway to the La Martinette winery is opening its doors for the first time to offer you an exceptional immersive taste experience. 

 An intimate dinner in the heart of the winery, between stainless steel and concrete vats, sandstone eggs and French oak barrels. A five-course wine & food menu with seasonal flavours, specially created for this unique occasion by private chef Yann Dethon. The duo of artists Mélo will lull you to sleep with their capella vocals, which have an overwhelming resonance. For fine foodies and wine lovers, experience this timeless moment.

Starter: Perfect egg, carrot & citrus texture, orange supreme, creamy ricotta and combawa x Reflets d’Argens Rosé 
Main course : Low temperature veal, parsnip, roasted vanilla beurre blanc, parsnip andgomasio tartar x Clos blanc 
Cheese: Fresh goat’s cheese with vegetable notes x Château Rosé
