The olive grove

1,700 olive trees planted over 10 hectares of hillside overlook the estate’s Provençal landscape of terraces, cypress trees and lavender fields. Various types of olives are cultivated including Aglandau, Bouteillan, Cayon, Picholine, Petit Ribier, Gros Ribier, Cayet Roux, Bécu de Lorgues and other old, forgotten varieties.
