An original and tasty wine, without added sulphite, to preserve the natural balance of our wine. The spirit of Rollier red wine is to sublimate the roundness and to favour freshness.

The grapes are harvested at daybreak to preserve freshness and limit oxidation. A pre-fermentation cold maceration, lasting a few days, takes place in concrete vats and allows the fruit aromas to be extracted. During the alcoholic fermentation, the extraction is done gently by means of pumping over. It is then finished in stainless steel tanks and the wines are aged for 3 months. This wine is vinified without the addition of sulphite.

Attractive ruby colour with purple hues. This natural wine is characterised by an expressive nose with notes of red fruit, such as redcurrant, enhanced by a floral touch. The palate is fresh, supple and greedy with a beautiful persistence on fresh fruit aromas. The fine and light tannins are typical of the young wines of our estate.

This wine goes perfectly with barbecued or grilled meats, cheese platters or fruit salad.
